Decoding the infrastructure development on Myanmar’s Coco Island

In fact, the Coco Islands’ undisclosed construction, along with other infrastructure ventures in its vicinity, have revived the “String of Pearls” Theory. This suggests that the Coco Islands could be viewed as one of the “beads” in China’s strategy to expand its military presence.
