Myanmar’s Real Struggle

The Myanmar military as an institution has already defeated itself. The real struggle is for what comes after. This is not a military struggle. It is a struggle of ideas, norms, beliefs, and, above all, values. It is a struggle to determine what kind of country Myanmar will be without military domination.
